Enrollment Information

General

  • One day training

  • Classes are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Enrollment fee is $150 per person. $120 for second person from same company

  • On site training available for group of 5 or more are available

  • Sources of contamination and prevention

  • HAACP

  • Purchasing, receiving, storing

  • Preparing, cooking and serving

  • Cleaning and sanitizing

  • Equipment and utensils

  • Facilities

  • Food Safety Exam

Study notes & Exam

  • Faxed or mailed the same day registration is received.
  • You must study and memorized your study notes before attending the training session.
  • We use the exam provided by Thomson Prometric

Registration

  • To register, fax a copy of your registration form to (310) 257-8558.
  • Confirmations and directions are faxed and/or mailed five days before the first day of class.
  • Schedules and locations are subject to change.
